K-drama Multifandom II Child Neglect II "Not Another Trophy"

How often children hear that they are not good enough? They say "try harder", "keep focused", "don't you love me?" etc. A child is not owe its parents anything. A child isn't a trophy.

Did you watch the P&G's commercial about olympics? All of them (London 2012, Sochi 2014, Rio 2016, Tokyo 2020) are amazing. And the message was clear: mothers always stand beside their children as they stand behind their medals and wins and helped them reach all of it. And I'm not arguing about it. When I make my edits I don't do them to say that all parents are bad I only want to show another side of some phenomena.

So I only want to say that sometimes there may be not only love and support as they show us but cruelty and coertion. And sometimes parents not just support theit children in their efforts to do sports or make music but force their children to do it to bring themselves honor and glory. That's why I chose one of the Ludovico Einaudi's compositions, which are used in P&G's commericals, to show contrast. The composition is really beautiful but what you see on the screen isn't.

The second thing I want to discuss. Why I called it "neglect"? When parents set other goals like perfect scores, sport's achivements etc above their child well-being and its emotional condition it is a neglect. I wanted to make it clear.
